Reyn Spooner Avalon Hawaiian Shirt

Here’s a classic Reyn Spooner Hawaiian Shirt depicting the city of Avalon on Catalina Island off the coast of California.

The shirt is comprised of a silky Rayon material, and features a print that includes the Avalon cityscape, ubiquitous California palm trees, the Pacific Ocean, and airplanes flying overhead.

As with most Reyn Spooner shirts, the material and construction is of high quality, and when new, this shirt likely retailed in the $90-110 range.

Here we have another classic Jams World Hawaiian Shirt featuring various whimsically drawn cartoon-style cars.

The shirt is punctuated by a typical splash of bright colors.  The button down shirt features strong orange, blue, green, white and purple coloring.

Honolulu “The Bus” Hawaiian Shirt

This is a Hawaiian shirt once worn by drivers of “The Bus” – The Honolulu City and County Bus system providing bus service for the entire island of Oahu.

The design features a square panel print featuring floral graphics (including a bird of paradise), a bus, a State of Hawaii flag, and “TheBus” logo.

This shirt seemed to have high interest amongst collectors, as it set off bidding wars on Ebay.
